Terms and Conditions

I/We  ____________________________________,  purchasers of the above named dog, agree to pay the sum of $ ________ to Lil' Amigo Chihuahuas (breeder).  I/We also agree to have above named dog spayed/neutered by the following date __________________ & will show proof of Spay/Neuter (original of certified copy of certificate) from a licensed veterinarian who has performed the surgery along with a copy of itemized surgery bill. I/We also agree to pay the Breeder an additional $1000.00 if above named dog is not spayed/neutered by ____________. 

If I/we for any reason buyer cannot continue to keep or care for this dog, agree that the breeder must be notified and acknowledge that the breeder has first right of refusal. I/We will not give above named dog to the SPCA.  I/We agree to never give above named dog to any other person but the breeder with out discussing it with them first. 

Seller warrants that the above named dog is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership.  Buyer agrees to have the above named dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian with in two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of above named dog. 

If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the above named dog is not in good health, then the Buyer shall elect to keep the above named dog or return the above named dog to the Seller for a refund or replacement. If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer must provide Seller a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the above named dog was in ill health when examined. Upon receipt by Seller of said certificate, Buyer shall be obligated to return the above named dog to Seller at Buyer expense. Upon receipt of the above named dog, the Seller shall be obligated to refund all monies received from Buyer toward the purchase price of the above named dog, further performance under this contract shall be null and void.  All action taken to return the above named dog shall be done with the best interest of the above named dog.

This Agreement is signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of the above named dog.  If any part of this Agreement is breach by the Buyer, Seller (breeder) is released from any obligation under this Agreement.
